The benefits of implementing a CRM are easy to understand, but it's not always easy to estimate exactly how much they will be worth. That's why HubSpot has prepared a tool to help with this task: the ROI calculator.

How to use the calculator? It's very simple.

In the top menu, select the HubSpot product you are interested in (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales+Marketing Hub, Service Hub).

Then enter the company information:

  • Industry: Specify your industry to tailor the results.
  • Region: Indicate your region (e.g., Europe).
  • Currency: Choose your currency (e.g., EUR).
  • Website visitors (monthly)
  • Created deals (monthly)
  • Marketing leads (monthly)
  • Percentage of closed marketing leads: Provide the conversion rate of marketing leads into closed deals.
  • Average deal value

As soon as you enter the data, the calculation of your return on investment will be displayed on the right side. The calculator will show the return on investment, increase in marketing leads, increase in website visitors, created deals, and revenue from marketing leads.

The data used in the calculator is aggregated from HubSpot customers who used the Marketing/Sales/Service Hub Professional or Enterprise for at least 12 months between January 2019 and January 2024. The data includes metrics such as website traffic, marketing leads, and conversion rates, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

HubSpot collects data when customers interact with their websites or use subscription services. To ensure privacy, HubSpot employs anonymization techniques such as removing attributes, generalization, and aggregation to remove personally identifiable information.

Remember that the results for individual companies may vary depending on the market, customer base, industry, geography, stage of development, and other factors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve exactly the same results as those from the ROI calculator if you purchase HubSpot.

If cookies are enabled, we locally store the industry, currency, and region you selected. This data is deleted when clearing cookies and applies to the current browser.
